Experience the taste of Italy close to home at Corbo & Sons Osteria. We are an Italian restaurant located in the Shrewsbury Village Shops in Shrewsbury, NJ. Our doors first opened in 2017 with our first location in Bell Market in Holmdel, NJ, followed by the opening of our Shrewsbury location in December 2021. Our restaurant has been serving authentic Italian dishes created by chef and owner, Richard Corbo. After studying the art of cooking in Italy and working as a chef in San Francisco and New York City, Richard Corbo has brought his experience and skills to the kitchen back home.
